The second half of our group has arrived!! ... at 1:15AM this morning. Their plane had mechanical problems in Miami and a new plane had to be obtained before they were able to leave. But all are safely here now - and we are ready for a full day of work. More later!

Hi all, This is Galen. I was apart of that Miami contengent Carol spoke of. Greg & Amy Ewing, Casey Oakes and I started out from the Cincinnati Airport (AEROPUERTO)at 7:30 AM on Thursday. We arrived in Miami around 10:00. The plane was small, the trip was bumpy, but the passengers were some of the nicest people we could have hoped to meet. One couple and their children were people we met in the Cincinnati Airport. Eric and Doris (Originally from Puerto Rico ' on their way back home9 Eric is a 9 year old Christian and was very kind to me as I proceeded to destroy his native language in what must have seemed like a very long conversation to him. (SMIRK)
0ur trip from Miami to San Pedro Sula came 4 hours later than expected after about 5 delays and was also bumpy, but again the people made the trip fun. We touched down in San Pedro around
8;45. From there we took a 5 school bus ride to Tegucigalpa. We arrived around 1:30 am Friday morning. Last night i slept like a rock.
Today Joshua Fairchild, Greg Ewing and I will head out on another long ride to Beautiful Valley (valle bonito) to inspect and install water filtration systems. The other team members will begin construction on the two houses we are building and the medical and benevolence teams will begin their work.
MORE TO COME.
Hola! This is Bev from Cincy (Central) So glad you all arrived finally. I'll be following your blog and praying daily for your safety, and for soft hearts in those you are "being Christ" to. We love you! Bev
